• Broker Relationship & Fee Model (Section 4): Explicitly states Guardian AI charges brokers a fixed monthly platform subscription (NOT commission or performance-based). No insurance premiums flow through our platform.
• Driving-Based Rewards Only (Section 7): Rewards program now focuses on safe driving incentives. Any insurance-specific benefits (discounts, cashback) are offered directly by broker partners under their own terms, separate from Guardian AI.
• Insurance Disclaimers Strengthened (Section 11.3): Added explicit statement that Guardian AI does not accept insurance applications, process premiums, issue policies, or negotiate coverage.
